I’m Neil Turnham. I have over 20 years’ experience in HR Director and HR leadership roles in Private Equity owned, US corporate and UK Plc businesses; all of them highly commercial and containing a constant element of change and transformation.
I’ve worked in line roles in both sales and HR, through turbulence and ambiguity. I have had first-hand experience of business sale, acquisition, transformation and growth; experience of the times when things are on track and going great…and times when they’re not.
I know how these events can affect people; in terms of attitude, engagement, focus, belief and performance. I enjoy helping both companies and individuals navigate change and engage with transformation positively; focusing on what really matters, to build the future they want.
